SINGAPORE KHALSA ASSOCIATION
Notice is hereby given that a Special (Extra-Ordinary) General Meeting (EOGM) of the Singapore Khalsa Association (SKA) will be held on Sunday, 2 July 2023, 2.30pm, in the Celebrations Banquet Hall, Level 4, SKA.
The said meeting is convened by the Management Committee for the passing of a special resolution as set out in the Agenda below.
AGENDA
1. To consider and, if deemed fit, pass the following special resolution:
i. Re-appoint the Auditors for the accounting year ending 31 December 2022.

- Notice is hereby given that should there be no quorum at the appointed time, the EOGM would be adjourned for 30 minutes, if at such adjourned meeting, there is no quorum, the members present, whatever their number, shall form a quorum.
